Service & Shipping Policy

1. Service Delivery

OnlineOrder.pk provides software services including online ordering systems, restaurant POS systems, and mobile applications. All services are delivered digitally:

  • Website Setup: Within 7 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of all required restaurant information (logo, menu, pricing).
  • Mobile App Development: Within 14 business days after website setup completion. Apps are submitted to Google Play Store and Apple App Store for review.
  • POS System Setup: Within 5 business days after receiving hardware requirements (if applicable).
  • Training and Onboarding: Live video call training scheduled within 3 business days of setup completion.

2. Delivery Method

  • All software services are delivered digitally via email and admin dashboard access.
  • Access credentials are sent to the email address provided during signup.
  • Physical products (POS hardware) are shipped within 5-7 business days to the provided address.

3. Setup Timeline

  • Basic Plan (Website Only): 3-5 business days
  • Standard Plan (Website + Android App): 7-10 business days
  • Professional Plan (Website + Android + iOS): 10-14 business days
  • Golden Plan (Complete System): 14-21 business days

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, customers must provide:

  • Restaurant logo (high-resolution, PNG or SVG format)
  • Complete menu with prices and descriptions
  • Restaurant branding colors (hex codes or brand guidelines)
  • Access to existing systems for integration (if applicable)

5. Delays

OnlineOrder.pk shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Late submission of required information from the customer
  • App store review times (Google Play: 2-5 days, Apple App Store: 1-3 days)
  • Technical issues with third-party services or hosting providers
  • Force majeure events

6. Support After Delivery

  • 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp and email
  • Free bug fixes for 30 days after delivery
  • Content updates (menu changes) included in monthly subscription
  • Major feature updates may incur additional fees
