At WOS Online Ordering System, we are committed to providing high-quality POS and online ordering solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Digital Services Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services (software, app development, website development), we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. Digital services are considered delivered once access or code has been provided.

3. Setup Fees and App Development

Setup fees and one-time app development fees are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes:

  • POS system setup and configuration
  • Android and iOS app development
  • Website development and customization
  • Menu and offers configuration
  • Domain and hosting setup

4. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. If you cancel your subscription:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months will be issued
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period

5. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee (Limited)

New customers who have paid the first month’s subscription fee may request a refund within the first 7 days of service activation if:

  • No work has commenced on setup or development
  • The service has not been used
  • A written request is submitted to info@onlineorder.pk

6. Service Not as Described

If our services do not match the description provided on our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent the normal use of our services, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them. If we cannot resolve the issue within 30 days, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our official channels, your account will be suspended immediately. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are filed improperly.

11. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
