Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WOS Online Ordering System’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

WOS provides restaurant POS systems, online ordering platforms, mobile app development, and related services for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and cloud kitchens in Pakistan, United Kingdom, and United States.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Pricing and Payments

Fees for our services are outlined in our pricing section. All payments are due in advance. We require 2 months advance payment for monthly subscriptions. Setup fees and app development fees are one-time charges. Hardware and domain/hosting are billed separately.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds on setup fees or app development fees once work has commenced. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by WOS. You retain ownership of your restaurant’s customer data and branded apps. The source code and software remain our property.

7. Data Ownership

You own all customer data collected through our platform. We do not claim ownership of your customer information. We may use anonymized aggregate data for analytics and service improvement.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to our services. Customer data can be exported upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

WOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For UK and USA clients, applicable local laws may also apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
