Yes, our POS system works offline. If your internet goes down, the system continues to process orders and billing. Once the internet is restored, all data syncs automatically.

Yes, our Golden package includes multi-branch management. You can manage all your restaurant locations from a single admin dashboard, compare sales across branches, and control inventory centrally.
Is the POS system FBR integrated for Pakistan?

What are your pricing plans?
We offer four plans: Basic (Rs 5,000/month), Standard (Rs 9,999/month + Rs 25,000 one-time app fee), Professional (Rs 15,000/month + Rs 35,000 one-time app fee), and Golden (Rs 25,000/month + Rs 35,000 one-time app fee). Prices are per branch. Visit our Pricing section for complete details.
Are there any hidden fees or commissions?
No. We charge zero commission on orders. You pay a fixed monthly subscription per branch. Domain and hosting charges are separate. Hardware (printers, KDS screens) is billed separately. No hidden fees.
Do I need to pay a setup fee?
No setup fees for Basic plan. Standard, Professional, and Golden plans have one-time setup fees (Rs 10,000 - Rs 25,000 depending on plan). App development fees are one-time charges (Rs 25,000 for Android, Rs 35,000 for iOS+Android).
How much advance payment is required?
We require 2 months advance payment for monthly subscriptions. This ensures uninterrupted service for your restaurant.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period. Setup fees and app development fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
